After aging in barrels, the wine is
cut into small part with the new vintage
from the ’40s’ and bottled.
Aging takes place for one year in barrels
of 25 hl originally used in Sicily
Listed in Oak
and Cherry alternating to offer the wine a
more marked maturation thanks to the different
peculiarities of woods.
